Enrique Castiblanques
With over 30 years’ experience and an extensive knowledge of the utilities sector, Enrique led projects, companies, and transformation processes in countries such as Portugal, England, Spain, Brazil, Angola, and Mozambique. Chairman of the INDAQUA Group since 2016, he also presides the company’s Executive Commission. With a Degree in Economics from the University of Valencia, he held leadership positions in some of the biggest companies in the sector, both nationally and internationally. Namely: Executive Board Member at AQUAPOR, Chairman at Águas de Cascais, Chairman at Águas de Gondomar, Águas da Figueira, among other concessions in Portugal. Also, Board Member at Visaqua-Moçambique and Aquagest Angola, as well as Chairman at Prolagos/ Águas do Brasil and Águas de Moçambique, among others.
Pedro Perdigão
With over 15 years’ experience in the utilities sector, Pedro Perdigão has held both technical and management roles in several national and international companies. He made his debut at Grupo Águas de Portugal (AdP) and moved to the construction and real estate industries as a senior executive. 2009 marks his return to the utilities sector as a General Manager Water and Wastewater Concessions at companies such as Águas de Gondomar and Águas de Cascais. In 2016 he joined INDAQUA’s Board as Chief Operators Officer, taking the company’s leadership in 2020 as CEO. He’s a lecturer at the Masters in Economics and Environmental Management at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto.
Eduardo Barbot
With over 15 years’ experience in the water industry, Eduardo Barbot has held technical and management executive roles in companies such as Águas de Gondomar and Agere. Having coursed Biological Engineering and holding an Executive MBA and an Executive Program in Advanced Management Diploma, Eduardo approaches water and wastewater management with a technical vision, offering great leadership to operational teams, in pursuit of energy optimisation. He joins INDAQUA in 2017 to become General Manager at INDAQUA Matosinhos, one of the Group’s biggest concessions. In 2020, he joins INDAQUA’s Board as Chief Operations Officer, in charge of the overall operation of the Group’s concessions.
Vítor Damas
In the utilities sector for over 20 years, Vítor Damas has worked in Accounting and Finance in companies such as Deloitte and IAPMEI. He joined Mota-Engil as Financial Director in 1998 and managedseveral of the Group’s companies in the energy sector: MESP, Mota-Engil, Mota-Engil Energy and Mota-Engil, Environment and Services. He’sChief Financial Officer atthe INDAQUA Group since 2013. A lecturer at several educational institutions between 1994 and 2008, he holds a Degree in Financial Management, an MBA in Finance and a Diploma from the Executive Program in Financial Strategy at INSEAD.
